Clinical test to distinguish
Shoulder disease or Cervical nerve root compression


肩膀痛 到底是

- 肩膀問題
      or 
- Cervical nerve root compression radiating to shoulder 

Sensitivity 96%, specificity 91-100%



The test was positive when : 
 

1. Score on a VAS Scale was 3 points
         or
2. Higher on squeezing the middle third of the upper arm
   compared to acromioclavicular (AC) joint and anterolateral-subacromial area.

( 簡單來說就是壓 upper arm 上 1/3, 若痛就代表是從 neck 來的 )
