Affects up to 50% of sepsis survivors
PSS is not just a change in cognitive function.
They are left with physical and/or psychological long-term effects, such as :
    - Insomnia, difficulty getting to sleep or staying asleep
    - Nightmares, vivid hallucinations and panic attacks
    - Disabling muscle and joint pains
    - Extreme fatigue
    - Poor concentration
    - Decreased mental (cognitive) functioning
    - Loss of self-esteem and self-belief

 
Fluconazole ( Diflucan )

 
殺菌性 glycopeptide 類
對 G + 好氧菌及厭氧菌均有效, 是對付MRSA的利器之一

存在於土壤, 水等環境之中, 也存在於人類皮膚,呼吸道,泌尿道
 

 Carbapenem 
Anti King 最後一線

 Penicillin  (青黴素) 
- MSSA 感染首選 Oxacillin (Cellulitis, Septic arthritis 軟組織感染)
- Ampicillin 和 Oxacillin 可過 BBB :
   Meningitis with wild type Listeria 可用 Ampicillin
   Meningitis with wild type SA 可用 Oxacillin
 

 
 

常用劑量 (usual dose)
還沒經過腎功能或肝功能不全的劑量調整

* 治療天數 :
下泌尿生殖道感染,輕微皮膚組織感染 3-7 天
一般感染 (血流,呼吸道,上泌尿道,腸胃道感染) 10-14 天
骨骼,心臟血管,內臟膿瘍 4-6 週
IE : 4-6 週
特殊細菌,如結核菌治療 6-12 月
宿主免疫功能
 
退燒, 症狀改善後 3-5 天

* 大原則 :
   1. 像不像 infection
   2. 找 infection focus
   3. Remove focus
   4. Culture 做好
   5. 需要再用 antibiotics
   7. Supportive care
