plus the inferior leads (especially the rightward-facing lead III)

5. Thyrotoxicosis
6. Congenital heart 

1. CHF
2. Cirrosis
3. Nephrotic syndrome
4. AKI, CKD : fluid overload 
    
5. Lymedema if non pitting
6. Hypothyroidism
7. DVT if unilateral
8. CCB : Norvasc 下肢水腫
9. Cellulitis
   

* HIS DEBS : 

• Hypoxia : COPD, PE, Anemia
  

1. Location : Localized or Diffuse, Radiation, Trauma
    
2. Duration : 15-20 mins prefer Angina
