JVP - Jugular venous pressure 頸靜脈壓
30度 ( or 45 度 )
頭往左偏
在 SCM 兩頭之間高度 < 4 cm
從 Louis angle 往上方到 internal jugular vein pulsation處
拉一條水平線就是 Jugular venous pressure
再加上 5 cm就是 central venous pressure
CVP正常值 4-12 cmH2O
過高可能代表 fluid overload or right heart failure
JVP : 3-4 cm above the sternal angle =>正常
約在右心房以上 7-8cm=>正常
