• Osgood-Schlatter Disease :
  年輕運動員 10 多歲
  knee 前痛
  沒有 fracture hx
  Tibial tuberosity 前面有東西
  發育中的脛骨隆突受到過度密集的外來壓力所造成的
  X-光檢查，有時可以發現脛骨隆突有變形，甚至有游離骨產生
  
   
• Femoral head AVN :
  通常都是 Femoral head 上層變得 Radiolucent 
  出現一條 Sclerotic margin 
   

  
  
   FICAT stage : 
    I : Pre- radiographic, Image 上還未有 findings 
    II : Pre-collapse, Diffuse porosis with cysts
  
    III : Collapse, Broken contour of head
    IV : OA, Flatten contour decreased joint space 

25 - 45 y/o 亞洲年輕男性, 60 % 雙側

  1. Steroid
  2. Alcohol
  3. RA, SLE
