Erythroderma 紅皮症 = Exfoliative dermatitis 剝脫性皮炎
 


 

* Inflammatory skin disease with erythema and scaling
   that affects nearly the entire cutaneous surface ( >90% )
 

* 全身或大面積皮膚瀰漫性紅斑, 腫脹, 脫屑
  > 90 % Skin involvement


 

  • Psoriasis
     
  • Pemphigus ( 水泡類 )
     
  • Seborrheic dermatitis 
  • Atopic dermatitis
     
  • Drug reaction
  • Malignancy ( Lymphoma and Leukemia )
     
  • Idiopathic

 

 

* 一樣要當作 Major burn 來處理
