Maculopapular Rash = Erythema morbiliform 痲疹樣紅斑

flat, red area on the skin that is covered with small confluent bumps

1. Drug induced
    
2. Infection :
   - Scarlet fever
   - Measles
   - EBV 
   - Rubella
   - Secondary syphilis
     ( Congenital syphilis : Asymptomatic, newborn may present this type of rash )
   - Parvovirus B19
    
3. SJS 的 Skin rash 表現 ( Painful )

Papulosquamous Rash : 丘疹鱗屑

papules + scales, or both scaly papules and plaques
伴隨脫屑的

 

• Psoriasis Guttae
• Lichen planus
• Pityriasis rosea
• 2nd syphilis
• Scabies ( 多在 inguinal, 指縫 )
   
• Seborrheic dermatitis
• Drug eruption
• Tinea corporis
• Cutaneous T-cell lymphoma
