左下 density 非常高的 opacity, 應該是鈣化
接著分析 location : 鈍角 !! 應是肺外胸內
配合 volume reduction
應是 Fibrothorax
Past Hx -->TB !!!
Final diagnosis : Fibrothorax, past TB pleurisy
high density wall
不影響 lung marking, suspect 肺外
volume reduction
