 * 叫叫 ABC
 

 - BP < 90
 - SpO2 < 90%
 - BT
 - RR > 35
 - LOC : GCS <8
 - HR > 150 or < 50
 

 叫 : AVPU 
 - Alert
 - To Voice
 - To pain
 - No response ( Unconscious )

只要不 Alert 就代表 conscious 變差

處置 : 

• Airway, Breathing, Circulation
• 雞尾酒 Glucose, Naloxone, thiamine
• Focal sign : stroke
• Toxidrome
• 原因 : AEIOUTIPS
  
   

 叫 : 
 - Call for help 
   急救車, AED, 藥物, 設備..... 

 Airway 

- Horseness
- Gurgling
- Snoring
- Stridor 
 

處置 : 

• 暢通 Airway
• Suction
• Nasal, Oral airway
• Cricothyroidotomy
   

 Breathing : 呼吸窘迫, 呼吸衰竭 

- RR : 跟他一起喘
- 呼吸音 bilateral
- Accessary muscle
- SpO2 < 90

 

處置 : 

• O2 : Nasal, mask, NRM, BiPaP, BVM, Endo
• Bronchodilator
• Chest tube

 Circulation 

- Capillary refilling < 2s
- Pulse 強弱, 快慢, 規則
- Skin color 冰冷濕蒼白

 

處置 : 

• Volume
• Rate
• Pump
