該顯影的 artery 都沒顯影, 在裡面找 thrombus
Celiac, SMA, IMA ....
- Bowel wall edema 變厚變腫
Enhance 下降 / 增強 / delayed / Target sign
這些都可能是 ischemia bowel 的表現
因為可能是 A or V 堵住
所以要切 A + V phase CT
- Mural gas
( Pneumatosis intestinalis, portal vein gas )
Pneumatosis intestinalis 在 KUB 看起來看能是腸內 air 不清楚 (花花的)
- Ileus, Lumen dilatation

Other organ infarction ( thrombus 延伸去別的血管 )
