Isolated lateral STEMIs are less common,
例如 :
- D1 LAD
- OM of LCx or ramus intermedius

STE over lateral leads : I, aVL, V5-6Reciprocal STD in the inferior leads (III and aVF)依舊是下, 不再是是下外前 ....下 <-> 外前 -> 下

Anterolateral STEMI due to LAD occlusion

Inferior-posterior-lateral STEMI due to LCx occlusion- Inferolateral : 2,3, aVF + V56- Inferoposterolateral : 2,3, aVF + V56 + STD over V1-3 + V789 STE

Isolated lateral infarction due to occlusion ofsmaller branch arteries such as the D1, OM or ramus intermedius
Inferoposterolateral
High lateral wall MI :
STE over I, aVL
reciprocal STD and TWI in the inferior leads
* 嫌疑的血管 (Culprit vessels) :
- Occlusion of D1 LAD may produce isolated STE in I and aVL
- Occlusion of the LCx may cause
STE in I, aVL along with leads V5-6
