Pleural effusion PA view 是 meniscus sign

在 AP view 會變成 whole lung field GGO opacity 
maybe with trachea deviation

 

Subpulmonic effusion 

是一種 pleural effusion
水都只積在 Lung base 和 diaphragm 之間
看起來就不是 meniscus sign
也不會有 CP angle blunting

會呈現 elevated diaphragm
但是 diaphragm dome 卻在外側 1/3
Lateralization of the apex of diaphragm
正常要在內 1/3
