Sarcoidosis : 雙側肺門彌勒佛耳朵 
  

• 女性為主 : 20 ~ 45 y/o
  免疫遺傳環境相關
  多器官 noncaseating grauloma
  肺門淋巴結, 皮膚, 眼
   
• Multisystem, widespread, non-caseating granuloma in more than one organ,
  no evidence of TB, Malignancy, fungal infection
  
  

• Bilateral symmetric hilar or/and paratracheal LAP 
  potato shape or 耳垂狀

• 臨床上依CXR的表現分成4個stage :
  - Stage I : bilateral hilar LAPs
  - Stage II : bilateral LAPs + lung infiltrate
  - Stage III : Bilateral lung infiltrate without hilar LAPs
  - Stage IV : pulmonary fibrosis
   
• Pulmonary sarcoidosis :
  Cough, SOB, hemoptysis,
  poor responsive to bronchodilator.
   
• Treatment : Steroid, MTX
   
• Indication : Symptomatic ( 通常沒什麼症狀 )
