Optic n. 呈現 hypoechoic
多切幾個角度直到找到最粗的 Optic n. image
正中間往下 0.3 mm 量 diameter

 正常 < 5 mm 
 > 5 mm : 可能 Papilledema 或其他原因 
 > 7.5 mm : 實質 IICP 

Measure optic nerve sheath diameter (ONSD) to detect IICP

ONSD > 5.7 mm indicates ICP > 20 mmHg
ONSD > 5.7 mm is 100% specific for IICP

Measure 3 mm posterior to the globe.
Measure across the optic nerve sheath (not just the optic nerve).
Measure ONSD for both eyes and average the two measurements.

 

很容易看到裡面有飄東西
但其實是 artifact 
記得把 gain 調低
如果 gain 怎麼調 東西都在 就代表不是 artifact 啦 ~
 

後面的點點是 vitrous blood !
眼球轉動時 vitrous 也會旋轉翻轉

Retinal detachment 會連到 optic n. 
轉來轉去都會有地方連到 optic n.
