• Impetigo contagiosa 傳染性膿痂疹 ( Non bullous )
  - Sa, Group A strept
  - 臉周圍, red sore 不痛會癢不留疤
  - 慢慢變成 honey colored crust
  - 抓一抓自體接種
   
• Bullous impetigo 膿疱性膿痂疹
  - Only Sa ( Exfoliatin A )
  - 軀幹四肢無痛水泡

都是紅腫熱痛, 都可以 systemic fever chillness

* Erysipelas 丹毒 :

upper dermis +  superficial lymphatics
因為淺, 所以更紅顏色深, 界線更分明, raised
下肢, 也常見臉上 butterfly
耳朵若有 involved 必是丹毒, 因為耳朵沒有 deeper dermis
丹毒 發作 course 更 acute  
( acute onset of symptoms with systemic manifestations including fever and chills ) 

( 丹毒可產生水泡，罕見化膿；蜂窩性組織炎卻多潰破化膿 )

* Cellulitis 蜂窩性組織炎 :  
deeper dermis and subcutaneous fat
顏色沒那麼紅
界線比較模糊一點
多在下肢
沒那麼 acute
( more indolent course with development of localized symptoms over a few days' time)
 

發炎較表淺的紅毒斑，外觀上周邊境界較清楚鮮明，稱之為『丹』
而發炎較深層的紅毒斑，因感染皮下蜂窩組織，周邊則較不清楚且模糊，稱之為『蜂窩組織炎』
