• Secondary to imflammatory response
• 鈣化包圍起來形成 capsule, 裡面都是 organized tissue
   

* Cause : 

1. TB pleurisy
2. Empyema
    
3. Asbestosis
4. Hemothorax
5. RA

左下 density 非常高的 opacity, 應該是鈣化
接著分析 location : 鈍角 !! 應是肺外胸內
配合 volume reduction 
應是 Fibrothorax

Past Hx -->TB !!!
Final diagnosis : Fibrothorax, past TB pleurisy
