• Galeazzi 都在遠端

口訣 :   MURD    

Monteggia
Ulnar fx ( Proximal : Ulnar shaft )
Radial head dislocation ( Proximal )

* Galeazzi fracture :

口訣 :   GR-DRUJ 

Radius fx ( Distal )
DRUJ dislocation ( Disatal Radial ulnar joint )

 

---

* Colle's fx : 撐地

Distal radius transverse fx 
Ulnar styloid fx 
通常 後脫位
 

 

---

* Smith fx ( 手背撐地 )

和 Colle's 一樣也是 distal radius fx 
只是他是前脫位
